Columbus, Ohio – Ultimate Solutions USA, a global leader in validation, serialization, industrial automation and compliance for the Life Sciences Industries, announced plans to expand into the Columbus Region, investing more than $300,000 and creating 30 new full-time jobs.
The company is adding new validation, automation, vision inspection engineers, technical leads and support operations positions, with hiring to begin immediately.
The company will establish flex warehouse and office space at 845 Claycraft Road in Gahanna, adding operational capacity to meet new business demands and serving as a showcase space for prospective clients and talent. With this expansion, Ultimate Solutions is deepening its domestic roots, expanding its market access and investing in tenant improvements as well as building, IT and training costs.

Founded in 2005 in Puerto Rico, Ultimate Solutions currently has a staff of more than 200 employees across offices in Puerto Rico, the United States and Spain. The Ohio location will expand upon its existing capabilities through innovative technology and training the next generation of workers. Through its Training Academy, Ultimate Solutions seeks to contribute to the development and technical training of workers in this new cluster of the Life Sciences Industry in the region. The company has developed a curriculum with more than 30 technical trainings and a laboratory for research and development that will make practical learning possible and that will serve for the development of its employees and the workforce of the region.
