Gratitude, values, service, purpose, and passion were the words that resonated throughout the celebration of Ultimate Solutions Corp.’s 20th anniversary.
The gala was held on August 2, 2025, at the Centro de Bellas Artes in Caguas, bringing together part of the company’s 220 employees, along with some clients, strategic partners, family members, and representatives from government agencies and the private sector who have been part of the journey of this Puerto Rican company, which has expanded its operations to the United States and Europe.
Ultimate Solutions provides services to the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries, with specialized personnel in Regulatory Compliance, Vision Systems with Artificial Intelligence, Serialization, and Automation. With its most recent acquisition, AutoPak Engineering, the company has also expanded its client portfolio to sectors such as warehousing, airports, food and beverage, among others.
During the event, Yoel Rivera Santos, CEO of Ultimate Solutions Corp. and AutoPak Engineering, expressed his gratitude to the guests and the opportunity to share this milestone with so many people who have accompanied the company on its two-decade journey.
“To my staff and to all my colleagues at Ultimate Solutions—both those who are here and those who could not attend—you have, with honor and respect, made this company a reality in Puerto Rico and around the world. This celebration is for you. Nothing would be possible without the professionals we have. Thank you, and I wish you health and a long life,” said Rivera Santos, emphasizing that values have been essential in building a strong and scalable company.
He also noted that Ultimate Solutions has been an instrument God entrusted to him to make a difference in people’s lives:
“For Ultimate to be the place that gives our employees the chance to do something with passion, purpose, and joy is a gift to me. If you are happy working, the company gains more life, beats with greater strength, and together we build a better world. For those of us who live by Faith, working with passion and serving with love is also a way to honor God. My wish for the next 20 years is clear: that we continue growing, yes, but that we do so with purpose, with passion, and with Faith… with the conviction that true success is not measured in numbers, but in the impact, we leave on the lives of others.”
For her part, Larissa Nieves, Executive Vice President of Ultimate Solutions, praised the team’s daily efforts:
“Today we celebrate all our employees, who, with their skills, experience, and professionalism, make Ultimate Solutions shine all over the world. This celebration is for you and because of you.”
Among the attendees were Adolfo Rodríguez and David Deagle, who led the company’s operations from its offices in Madrid and Ohio, respectively.
