Caguas, Puerto Rico – As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, Ultimate Solutions, a Puerto Rican leader in engineering, automation, serialization, and compliance for the Life Sciences industry, announced that it has been nominated as a finalist for the National Supplier of the Year 2025 Award, presented by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC).
This nomination marks a historic milestone, as it is the first time in 42 years that the Puerto Rico Minority Supplier Development Council (PRMSDC) has an MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) nominated for this prestigious national award.
This year has been one of multiple recognitions for Ultimate Solutions. In June, Yoel Rivera, founder and CEO of the company, was honored with the 2025 Small Business Person of the Year Award for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands in Washington, D.C., by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Likewise, PRMSDC recognized the company with the 2024 Local Supplier of the Year Award, highlighting its impact and growth as a Puerto Rican company in the regulated sector and reaffirming its leadership and excellence within the nation’s minority supplier network.

Ultimate Solutions will represent Puerto Rico as part of the official PRMSDC delegation participating in the NMSDC Annual Conference & Exchange, to be held this November in Miami, Florida.
