Yoel Rivera Santos, CEO of Ultimate Solutions Corp. and AutoPak Engineering, was recognized on May 5 as the 2025 Small Business Person of the Year for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
The official awards ceremony took place in Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Washington, D.C., as part of National Small Business Week, an annual celebration highlighting the impact of entrepreneurs and small businesses on the U.S. economy. This prestigious recognition honors outstanding entrepreneurs who have demonstrated leadership, innovation, and commitment to their communities.
During the event, Rivera Santos was honored along with other entrepreneurs from different states in the United States. His story of growth, entrepreneurial vision, and contribution to the economic development of Puerto Rico was highlighted by the SBA. Afterward, SBA Puerto Rico also held a celebration with the local honorees in San Juan.
